Managing Director

Bill brings deep expertise in pricing and market access for ultra-rare, rare, and oncology therapies. He has led global payer research, developed proprietary value testing methods, and managed international teams. His strategic work has supported leading biotech and pharma companies, drawing on real-world market behavior modeling. Additionally, he has held key roles as a Founding Partner at Medical Marketing Economics, LLC and VP of Operations at a medical device company.
